Principal, Renaissance Pacific Development

After a career working with major real estate development corporations, Robert H. Kim launched Renaissance Pacific Development, LLC. His new real estate development company is currently involved in projects with combined costs of over $500 million. Prior to founding the company, Robert served as a Director of Development and Acquisitions for BRE Properties, Inc. a $2 billion NYSE REIT.

Before joining BRE, he served as Development Project Manager for Kaufman and Broad Multi-Housing Group (KBMHG), specializing in both market-rate and taxcredit low-income apartment communities throughout California. Prior to KBMHG, he served as an Associate Development Manager for SummerHill Homes of Palo Alto, CA developing luxury for-sale single family detached homes and condominiums. He also served three years as a Senior Financial Analyst for PepsiCo’s Restaurant Development Division and a Project Analyst for Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors.

Robert earned a bachelors degree from Cornell College, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
